Wednesday January 27, 1999:

Prime Minister Jean Chrétien’s first stop was to honour the veterans of the Second World War and the millions of Ukrainians who died in the 1930's during the Famine, a result of the repression inflicted by the Soviet dictator Joseph Stalin.
